James C. Row


James C. Row, CFA, is the Founder and Managing Partner of Entoro Capital, LLC, a middle-market investment bank based in Houston, TX. Mr. Row has over 25 years of experience in capital raising, deal structuring and energy finance, including project finance, equity and debt securities, risk management and digital securities. He has originated and arranged funding, in excess of $10 billion. Mr. Row is a Chartered Financial Analyst and maintains Series 7, 24, 28, 63, 79 and 99 FINRA securities licenses. He serves as a member of leading industry groups such as the Houston Society of Financial Analysts, Houston World Affairs Council, and Houston Producers Forum. Mr. Row is the author of several oil and gas issues and a featured speaker at global industry conferences.

Michael J. Miller

President , CEO

Michael has over 35 years of experience as a private equity investor, corporate executive and corporate board member, managing and investing in companies focused on the energy, utilities and communications sectors, which include conventional and renewable power generation, natural gas and power trading/origination, waste management and utilities. Prior to Green Mine, Michael was CEO of Quantum Utility Generation, a private equity backed portfolio company that pursued opportunities to own and operate fossil and renewable generation projects.  From 2001 until 2017, Michael was a Partner and member of the Management and Investment Committees of Highstar Capital, L.P., a private equity investment fund focused on investing in energy, infrastructure and utilities, where Michael led the fund’s investment efforts in power generation and midstream oil and gas.  Prior to joining Highstar in 2001, he had a career in infrastructure management, finance, investments and project development at Enron North America from 1993 to 2001 and FPL Group (ESI Energy) from 1987 to 1993. Michael has served on the Board of Directors of several private companies focused on the power generation, waste management, waste-to-energy, midstream oil and gas and water utilities sectors as well as being a former director of Kinder Morgan, Inc. Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.  He is a CFA charter holder.

Joe Kishkill 


Joe was the Chief Commercial Officer for TPI Composites – Wind. His development activities yielded a 25% increase in wind blade manufacturing capacity under contract, representing over $1 Billion in additional contract value.  Joe was originally with First Solar as its Chief Commercial Officer and then as President of International Sales and Business Development. Prior to joining First Solar, Mr. Kishkill spent nearly 11 years with Exterran (and its predecessor company Universal Compression) a global provider of natural gas, petroleum and water treatment production products and services. In 2009 Joe assumed the role of President of the Eastern Hemisphere (all business regions outside the Americas) based in Dubai, UAE. Prior to Exterran Joe held various positions in Enron between the years 1990 and 2001.  Position highlights include Assistant Project Developer for a 150 MW gas fired power project located in Milford, Massachusetts, Project Developer for South America with a focus on Brazil, establishment and leadership of an Emerging Markets Structuring Group to support all international efforts, Regional Financial Officer for South America, and Regional CEO for South America. Mr. Kishkill earned an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1990, and holds a BS in electrical engineering from Brown University were he graduated with honors.  At Brown Joe was a member of the University Rowing Team. Joe is married to Maria Ines Granado and the couple has 5 children: Ines, Ana, Jose, Clara, and Belen.

Fred Stearman


Fred started his career in Technology in 1983 as a technical installer and Computer programmer for Triad Systems (Sunnyvale, CA). Triad Systems developed an advanced POS system and catalogue including hardware and software for the Automotive Supply and Industrial parts businesses. Fred developed a passion for new technology such as Novell and Ethernet, and Storage and IP Networks. Fred’s five years with Bell Canada in ICT (Information, Computer Technology) gave him skills to focus on Data Centers and managed services central to the Cloud Computing. Fred’s thirty years of IT experience and skills helped him create a class leading Cloud Computing company (NextLayer) . Fred later built a tier 3 Data Center to host Visual effects applications for Vancouver’s Film Industry (Mt. Pleasant), connecting the trendy area via fibre to Canada’s Internet Gateway. Fred’s data center design paved the way to consult on various Cryptocurrency projects across North America. Fred turned Atlas Cloud into a public Company in 2013 and sold control in 2017 (Atlas Blockchain). In 2018, Atlas acquired property in Electric City, Washington where Fred managed the renovation for crypto mining. Fred’s quest for acquisitions took him across North America to visit thought leaders on design economics for crypto mining.

Brodie Gunning

Brodie Gunning is an investor and entrepreneur based in Vancouver, BC. He currently serves as President of Electrum Charging Solutions, Canada’s leader in EV charging technology. Brodie also serves as director, board member and advisor for several private and public companies, including being a founding partner of Vancouver Ventures, which helps to found, fund and grow startup companies. Brodie also has considerable expertise in the cryptocurrency sector, including serving as director of Tortooga Pay, and advisor for Blocpal, and Mycelium. His experience includes working with Samsung and TAAL (formerly Squire Mining) with FFD for the manufacturing and development of ASIC chip sets and the mass production of BTC, GPU, and BSV mining systems. A graduate of Capilano University, Sauder School of Business, and the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Brodie began his career by co-founding The Media Merchants (TMM) which he grew to a multi-million dollar corporation servicing fortune 500 brands and agencies across North America.

Adam Richard


Adam Richard, is the Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Alliances at Entoro Capital. With over a decade of experience in software and technology, Mr.Richard has worked and consulted in the areas of energy, power, industrial metals, financial markets, land and mineral title, rewards and loyalty, blockchain architecture, security protocols, and cryptocurrency game theory design. Mr. Richard advises startups and has consulted numerous early and growth-stage companies on their product market-fit, go-to-market strategies, product commercialization, and capital raising guidance. In addition to his professional pursuits, Mr. Richard co-authored a chapter in Transforming Climate Finance and Green Investment with Blockchains, titled “Efficient Power Markets: Reimagining the Global Market with Ethereum”. He is the founder of the Houston Bitcoin Meetup (2013), the co-founder of the Houston Ethereum Meetup (2014), and was the co-founder & partner of Sutton Stone (2014).
